Special Olympics Oregon provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Oregon is not just once a year, their games are always!

Giving by CafeGive Terms of Service:

Giving by CafeGive provides easy ways for merchants, corporations and nonprofits to conduct promotions and fundraise on the internet and in social media. Participation in this promotion is subject to the following terms of service:

CafeGive is a for profit company that has partnered with FJC to form the CafeGive Charitable Giving Fund (“The Fund”).  FJC is a 501(c)3 foundation of donor advised funds in place to receive donations and distribute funds to other 501(c)3 nonprofits. Contributions in this promotion are not refundable and, once made, are owned by FJC which has exclusive legal control over all contributed assets. CafeGive is the advisor of The Fund and as such, advises FJC to distribute a donations received by The Fund to the nonprofits designated by the original donors.

Donors will receive a tax deductible receipt for their donation, acknowledging the cause they selected to receive their donation. All payments are final. Donations are made to a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization and are tax deductible to the amount provided by law. In some promotions, individuals receive merchandise with this donation.

CafeGive shares the individuals name, email address and mailing address with participating merchants when required and with the nonprofit the individual selected. Individuals may select to not have this information shared with these organizations.

A transaction fee of 4.2% plus $0.30 per donation will be deducted from the donation amount for credit card processing and fund administration. The goal of this program is to raise money for great causes and CafeGive does not receive any portion of the transaction.
