When do nonprofits receive their earnings and how will I know they did?

CafeGive makes payments to nonprofits on a quarterly basis, providing there is a minimum of $25 in their CafeGive account. It typically takes 6-12 weeks for CafeGive to receive payments from the ecommerce partners. This allows for normal accounting cycles and for any returns to be processed.

We are currently working on providing transaction feedback for our advocates. Once you have an order number you will be able to see if that order (with some exceptions and minimal time delays) was credited to your cause. Additonal reporting will be available later this year that will allow you to see comprehensive earnings for all purchases made while logged in.
