I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

Please click here to request a new password. This will generate a challenge question you set up when you created your account. Once you answer this challenge question correctly, a temporary password will be sent to your email address on file. Once you receive that email, you can login and the system will prompt you to create a new password.

Can I raise funds for more than one nonprofit?

You can shop for as many nonprofits as you want. The site you are currently shopping for is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the page. You may change the cause as often as you like. When you visit a store site, the site you are shopping for is displayed again. You will also have the opportunity to change the cause each time you create a widget. Different widgets featuring different stores and different nonprofits can be directed to different groups of friends, coworkers, etc.

When do I receive my purchase?

Participating ecommerce partners have different terms of service for their product delivery. You should check with the ecommerce partner directly regarding terms and delivery information. Unfortunately, we do not have access to this information.

How do I cancel my registration if I no longer want to be part of the CafeGive community?

Login to your profile page. There is a link on that page that allows you to indicate you are no longer interested in being part of the community.
