Our site allows consumers to shop through store banners and also allows visitors to build widgets featuring an online store and a nonprofit organization that can be promoted on social networks, blogs and through email; the widget earns for the nonprofit each time a purchase is made. Executive Team Bios

Sandra Morris, Founder and CEO

Sandra Morris has brought a passion for technology and its application for helping people to her career in high technology products and general management. Before starting CafeGive, Sandra Morris was a Vice President and General Manager at Kodak, with responsibility for the online photo service business, Kodak Gallery. Previously, Sandra managed Intel's e-business Group as co-CIO. Sandra joined Intel from the David Sarnoff Research Center for RCA Corporation, where she prototyped the use of PCs in innovative multimedia applications. Prior to her work at RCA, Sandra was a faculty member at the University of Delaware, where her research focused on the use of PCs in families and in schools. Sandra is a founding board member of the Children's Heart Foundation - Oregon Chapter.

Besides her work, Sandra is passionate about friends and family, a great meal where they all can gather, walks in the Pacific Northwest, a great story on screen or in print, and her new puppy.

Laurie L. Price, Founder and COO

Laurie Price has a passion for working to change the world by putting her business expertise to work for nonprofit organizations. Prior to founding CafeGive, Laurie was co-owner of Price & Price Consulting, focusing on business planning and operations for profit and nonprofit companies. Prior to this position, she was the Director of e-business Operations at Intel Corporation where she worked for 14 years in roles ranging from finance, to supply chain management, business operations and e-commerce. In addition to co-founding and serving on the board for the Oregon Chapter of The Children's Heart Foundation, she served as a board member and two term board Chair for MountainStar Family Relief Nursery, an Oregon agency focused on providing at-risk families comprehensive services to prevent the abuse and neglect of children.

When not working on behalf of the causes she cares about, you can find Laurie playing four year old games with her daughter, running on one of Oregon's beautiful trails, reading another self-help book or enjoying time with family and friends.

Ketan Sampat, Founder and CTO

Ketan brings 20+ years of experience in the e-commerce, internet applications, semiconductor and systems software sectors. He has extensive international experience with stints in Germany, Singapore and India. Prior to forming CafeGive, Ketan was with Intel Corporation - including various general management, business operations and technical management assignments. Ketan is passionate about entrepreneurship - he is the Founding President of TiE-Oregon, a nonprofit dedicated to nurturing and mentoring entrepreneurs. Ketan has been granted 6 patents by the US Patents Office in the area of multimedia over packet networks and other patents pending in the area of e-commerce.

When not in front of a computer, and if it is winter, Ketan can be found enjoying back-country ski trails across Oregon. Year-round he is a great fan of his aspiring jazz-singer daughter.
