ReSport
ReSport is about inspired innovation and unprecedented collaboration to create a sustainable future for sport. Community partners and strong alliances are at the heart of perpetuating systemic change in sports. With comprehensive standards and guidance tools, ReSport empowers sports to shift from a place of competition and entertainment to assuming a leadership role in sustainable practices. The greatest change will come when every member of the sports community becomes involved in a fundamental shift towards sustainability. From half marathons to football games, lacrosse to snowboarding, each of us as an athlete, spectator, or director has the opportunity to encourage sports to adopt standards of environmental and social responsibility. We thank you for being a part of our community of change!

Through certification, education and advocacy, the Council for Responsible Sport (ReSport) provides a set of standards that represent a comprehensive approach to the implementation of sustainable practices in sports. ReSport was founded on the principle of changing the way we play one race at a time, and this has guided ReSport's philosophy, practice and passion since day one. ReSport believes in the power of sports to inspire industry-wide change. To affect policy, to create positive and lasting transformation, requires a strong alliance of organizations all working towards a common goal of making the world a healthier place to live. ReSport continues to build momentum by forging cooperative solutions that work to establish a new standard of environmental stewardship and social responsibility in sports.
