Frankie's Friends
Frankie’s Friends is a non-profit foundation dedicated to finding cures and saving pets with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Founded in 1996 as the Veterinary Cancer Foundation, Frankie’s Friends promotes better treatment of pet cancers and other diseases, better access to veterinary care for pets & better support for the families who love them.
Our Foundation provides heavily discounted treatment for qualifying pets with canine lymphoma, the most common canine cancer. No qualifying pet will be denied treatment because of a family’s inability to pay.
Frankie’s Friends also supports efforts to find cures for pets with catastrophic diseases through groundbreaking research and treatment.
In addition Frankie’s Friends provides grants for emergency and specialty care to treat pets with promising outcomes whose families cannot afford the full cost of care.
Lastly, we offer special programs such as “Ronald McDonald House”-style lodging for families whose pets are critically ill or undergoing therapies that require extended hospital stays.
