Our services allow for maximized independence along with advocacy assistance. We do not just give resources, we discuss barriers with clients and ways they can overcome those barriers. Sometimes, it's a matter of a bus pass or signing up for a transportation service. Others need to locate a job training program or want help effectively stating their needs to case workers, guardians or employers.
Our list of services include housing assistance, medical devices, assistance applying for Medical and Medicaid, food, clothing, disaster kits, gifts for special occasions, bathroom equipment, pharmaceutical assistance, college entrance and financial aid workshops and more. We tailor our services and resources to the individual needs of our clients.
